Our bespoke grazing tables are unique, colorful and exciting displays which are meant to be the centerpiece of your event. Bespoke grazing tables include graze boards, artisan bread and crackers, serving ware and floral decorations all hand-delivered and styled on-site by us. Bespoke grazing tables are not available to shop on our website as we work closely with you to create a completely custom spread for your event.

Grazing tables include a variety of artisanal cheeses and meats, seasonal fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, honey, jam, chocolate, bread & crackers. Prepared vegetables and hummus may be added for an additional charge. If you choose to have a brunch graze, assorted pastries will replace the charcuterie.

All of your food will be displayed on custom-cut boards with risers and bread & cracker baskets/trays. Florals and greenery will adorn each board and will also be used to decorate the grazing table creating a beautiful centerpiece for your event.

Grazing tables do not include tear down, tables, tablecloths, utensils, plates or napkins.

Bespoke grazing tables are priced at $20 per person which includes delivery and styling by us. Our minimum headcount for a grazing table is 30, our maximum is 100.

Grazing tables must be done in increments of 10. Serving sizes are appetizer portions therefore if you are wanting your graze to serve as a meal, consider sizing up.

A 25% deposit is required to hold your spot. Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to your event date. Headcount may increase but not surpass 100 guests up to 1 week before your event - the additional payment must be received ASAP to secure the new headcount number. We can issue a full refund if you cancel your event one month or more before your scheduled event date and a 50% refund if you cancel your event between 2 weeks and one month before your scheduled event date. Refunds will not be issued if your headcount is decreased or you cancel your event less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

We source all of our florals and greenery from local wholesale florists in the Kansas City area. We believe that using only the best florals in KC makes for the most gorgeous and unique displays!

Note: Floral and greenery decorations should never been consumed. By booking your event you therefore agree that no one in your party will consume any floral or greenery decorations. Village Boards KC cannot be held reliable if someone has an adverse reaction after consuming floral or greenery decorations.

Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before booking your event and we will be sure to adjust the ingredients accordingly.

NOTE: WE ARE NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE FACILITY. Cross-contamination can still happen. Village Boards KC cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we were not made aware of specific dietary restrictions or allergies during event booking.

Certain events require clean up/tear down (think wedding cocktail hours or large corporate parties). We will discuss your event with you and decide if this service is necessary. If it is, an additional $150 will be added to your total bill.

If your event does not require clean up/tear down, we will contact you within 2 days of your event to setup a time to come pick up our boards, risers and baskets/trays. It is your responsibility to wipe down the boards to the best of your ability after your event and store them in a place that is not too hot or cold. This will prevent the boards from warping before we pick them up.

We reserve all rights to use photos and videos from events on our social media platforms and website unless a client specifically asks us not to prior to the event.
